Question 2? Can I exchange links with hermeneutics.org?

Answer 2 - In general our policy for exchanging links is that the organization must adhere to Christian principles of conduct (Judeo-Christian ethics).  Your organization does not have to be a Christian or religious site, but it cannot display or disseminate anti-Christian or anti-Semetic information or it will not be approved for a link exchange.  Some latitude will be given for sites that engage in open discussion of Christian or Jewish religious issues among those individual groups provided that the information is presented in a fair and balanced manner.

[Note:  We do not open our discussion to other faiths due to our lack of insight and experience with them and how they relate to the issue of abuse or Christian ministry, which are the primary focus of our hermeneutics.org.]

Obviously, your site must provide information or materials that are pertinent to the issues of relationship abuse or Christian ministry in order to be considered for a link exchange.
